For 2021, that is correct. The glass controls includes the radio knob, provided you are ordering a 2020 X5 model.
Also, according to a BMWNA rep, effective May 21st 2020 there was no longer the FULL Merino Leather option for the 40i, even if you are ordering a 2020 X5 model. Extended Merino Leather option + Leather Dashboard option is the most leather coverage you can get (Leather on the bottom half of the dashboard is no longer available).
