Try taking it to a different dealer - should still be covered by warranty.
Best case, something is wrong with the shocks/coils. But that would be somewhat unlikely given that you report to hear the sound on both sides.
Worst case, they forgot some screws and something loose is bumping up and down whenever you go over a speed bump.
