Did you ever get this resolved?
I had my dealer do a minor change to my car, when I got it back it looks like the picture you posted.
They took the car back and updated to 07/2020.45, but it still looks the same and they now claim that this is how it should be.
I´m not sold on that answer, since I´m rather sure it was not like this when I got my car.
