No DHP does not include air but I was talking about air + DHP. But since you ask, DHP has added float in some past BMW configurations even together with adaptive dampers and steel springs. The active roll bars stiffen up in corners to reduce body roll but they also almost fully decouple when going straight which can induce a floaty feel, more so than a car with the standard passive roll bars. My E60 with ARS + passive sport dampers and stiff steel springs was fantastic while my F10 with DHP ( including ARS, soft springs and active dampers ) was floaty and rather terrible.
