I had recently gotten the Alpine HID kit. It looked really good until the driver's side start to flicker a lot and then died after startup. So I PM'ed Alex about it and he said confidently it was 100% defect ballast. He asked for my address immediately to send a replacement for free and of course I gave it to him. The ballast came in less than a week and I installed it straight away. And the result was what I wanted
Easy replacement in 5 minutes. I would highly recommend you guys to find Alex if you want any good looking and brightest angel eyes out there in the market. A+ customer service and quality for Alex
