OP - nobody in the US has the CF mirrors or engine cover. Those details are unique to the competition models in ROW outside of US. Similar to the absence of the LED Skylounge in the US on the F95, BMW has deliberately chosen to vary its option offering in the US (and BTW it has nothing to do with regulations). I’m sure they have all sorts of market research supporting their decision, but it is extremely frustrating the (US) consumer who is often a ready and willing buyer for these options.
