Man thats really something. 95% of that watch is correct. The 5% may not even be fake, it MAY just be a different version of the watch, but observe:

Yours:
The real says 301.M and "Gold" engraved, and the number spacing for serial number is different than yours. The fake has 301 (like yours) engraved BUT it has no "Stainless Steel" or "Titanium" engraved like yours does. If it is real I assume its simply the Titanium version rather than gold version, which MAY play a part in explaining some of the following things. Also notice how bold the lettering is on the fake, then compare yours to the real one.
The rotor is an indication it may be fake but may not be definitive, look:
Yours is a hybrid between the two, screw in center, not empty, but "saw" teeth around the perimeter
However,
Your H appears correct and your text seems to be engraved judging on the shadows
Who knows, maybe you struck gold. Get someone knowledgable to look at it before you go wearing it everyday... it could be a costly mistake wearing that watch around all the time.
