Going from a RRS on air to X5MC is going to be a drastic change on all fronts. Will the ride quality be acceptable will depend on where you live and how are the road conditions. Outside of NYC my car is fine on family road trips but my daily commute in and out of NYC I am constantly reminded just how stiff this thing rides. Honestly think BMW screwed up the F95 using steel springs all around. The older F85 at-least has air suspension in the rear and rode better. Porsche, Audi and Mercedes all put air on their top dog suv. Nice ride height and comfortable handling while still being able to handle. No reason why someone paying 120k+ should have to choose between good ride quality or handling.
