I’m in the Netherlands with a Canadian specs 2019 X5 and I have been told the same thing from two different dealerships around my area. They couldn’t tell me if BMW was going to develop a solution for this issue. I also asked about the Connected drive services since they come free for 4 years in Canada but that as well couldn’t get transferred. Because of that I can’t even create a driver profile in my car...all of this is very frustrating to say the least.
