I was on the same version prior the update, and also got the same update proposed via the app.
Also the X5 45e
Orig version from factory built jan 2020: 11/2019.50
Update mentioned in the App: 11/2019.70
Installation went OK (20 minutes, no error codes shown afterwards), no issues so far.
Note:
I did make the error of connecting the iPhone via a USB-C cable for transfering the update to the car (step 2).
The update will not transfer to the car in this case, it will wait for you to disconnect the cable (even tough i was already connected via bluetooth & wifi) and only then it will start the transfer.
