UPDATED: to code Comfort Plus driving mode:-
Access HU_MGU (Head-unit) ECU:
1. Go into Expert mode
2. Go to 3008 FES module, and change:
- FES_COMFORT_PLUS to Aktiv

Access BDC (Body Domain Controller) ECU:
1. Go into Expert mode
2. Find PfFesMaster and change the following two:
- FesPiaDefaultComfortWorldMode and change to "ComfortPlus"
- FesComfortWorldMode1 and change to "ComfortPlus"

You should be good to go from there, ComfortPlus should be selectable from the Comfort switch by pressing twice, and via iDrive driving mode menus.
