Ceramic will make keeping it clean a heck of a lot easier. Will even speed up wash time as you’ll be able to dry it a lot quicker with the water just beading right off. I’d say it’s definitely worthwhile even on a lease.
I would not suggest any PPF though, unless you think this might be the one you actually buy outright at the end of the lease.
