I have it and it works. I don't know if it was from factory? It had 07/2019 or after the update to 03/2020.
I didn't realize that in Europe drive assist functions could be different. I hope they will make it available for you.

So it seems I dont have it. My options are map, route directions or off. I don’t know if it’s again country specific or maybe it’s because my car was manufactured in July 2019.
In regard to the assist functions I honestly don’t know if this is about iDrive (country specific, but why?) or Maps (navigation) that has to be changed (some additional data added to the maps for my region).
