There is good BBQ to find all over the country... well, except in the North East. Sucks for them. lol Thinking about it now, I didn't find much BBQ in California either.

In Cali it would be "deconstructed". A pork loin medallion (sous vide, natch), a tomato, a tbs of brown sugar, a jigger of vinegar... all served separately. #BBQFAIL
