I very much doubt it as its a Connected Drive service which has data privacy requirements.
Best bet is to check you have 5DN in your FA, which it sounds like you do, then check if there are decoding options in your FA that might be disabling it.
Remote360 is a HU_MGU code that is set to active if teleservices AND 5AN parking plus are on the vehicle. So basically all cars, implying its either blocked elsewhere in coding, or more likely blocked in CD.
