For a historic comparison I checked the 2015 M4 order guide, and according that, F82 M4 production (at least for US) did not start until March 2014 following the mid 2013 F32 4er SOP.

So the smart money is on 11/20---3/21 for SOP of the G82 M4. Damn! That's a lifetime from now.
