Historically significant, fun cruising around town, budget of 50k..your best bet is the older Porsches for sure. A 993 turbo cannot be had with that budget, so your C4S choice was a good one. I've recently helped my friend restored a Dino and came across many other Dino projects, those are awesome..but extremely expensive to restore. Those '69-'70 Mustangs are an awesome too, but I've yet to see a good condition car fall under 60k(yes I've been looking in the US market). If you're willing to spend time in restoring, this should be a real fun thing. If not, I hope your budget is a bit more flexible.
