Completed removing all the old romex wires from the basement ceiling that were just completely hanging and going in every direction like freakin spaghetti. Installed all new can lights throughout and ran new romex wires attaching them completely flush into the corners of the floor joist so that way when I paint the ceiling black you won't notice them. All cavities completely clean now without romex wires, phone lines, cable lines, ect hanging and going every direction possible. Looked like a freakin rat nest. Should be able to start painting tomorrow
