I have a M5 MY12 with the same problems condenser leaking and installed a new one this week, however i noticed the new one was leaking as well which freaked me out.
I have found the source of the leak and it was leaking from the plastic torx plug at the bottom of the dryer which is accessible from underneath the engine if you remove the plastic underbody protection.
I could see there was some fluid around the plastic plug so i tried tighten it carefully and found out the plug was hand tight only, i tightened it and now it's not leaking.
This is a obvious QC problem from the Hella/Behr factory in France, they should have tightened to the right torque from the beginning.
