Yes, TMAP, EWG and OBD II are hooked up.
I refer to it as tuning regardless of the fact that it's a piggyback and regardless of whether the user treats it as a plug'n'play device--it affects the way the engine works hence, to me, it's tuned.
Personally, I run a custom map 6. I also work with Terry sometimes on beta firmware and the like but that isn't what classifies it as a "tune" to me.
