Still not seeing a 21" all season run flat tire listed anywhere - look like summer performance everywhere I looked, or AS non-RF. Do you have a link?
Discount tires has Pirelli A/S for both front and rear sizes.
If you don't give your vehicle detail on the website, the rear tire shows up in pirelli brand in A/S option. The rear tires have VO in the end and that's why it filters it out if you put in your BMW details.

The discount tyre representative on his console showed me these tires both front and back sizes and his system shows compatibility with 2020 BMW X5 compatibility.
