I retired early so used time to investigate and test supplements.

Went through most everything on the shelf while reading claims on net.

My drugs are very good Micardis blood pressure medicine, and 10mg Prozac (Low dose generic capsule).

I've settled out on 1 magnesium l-threonate a day from 2 or 3, and used to take and sometimes do take magnesium malate.

You'll be amazed at how good they make you feel, and I feel wonderful breathing when waking up.

These don't give diarhrea, but my body (eyes leak water)gets to wet after a few years so I take one.

Can you imagine I have no dry skin, but very hydrated.

I also take Swanson Vit D-3 5k units which I tested to a #50. Some say one needs up to #75, but I was around 20's when taking 2k/day.

I substituted another cheaqp store brank of 5k, and I could tell they were off, and tasted weaker.

IMO that people could reaLLY improve health and disability buy getting Vit D-3 and Mag up.

That mag oxide 400 mg in store won't do anything unless you take 10 or so a day.

There is massive research on vit D-3 and magnesium, and I just eat Salmon as much as possible, brocolli and cheese, olives, shelled pistachios, walnuts, dried cherries.
