When I spoke with them they stated the exact same thing along with suspension bits and other parts. Not enough demand to warranty the attention at this point. I had the full kit on both of my F85 and I believe they advertised something like 716whp. It was bonkers but usable for a daily. I was hoping the same for the M50i or at a minimum an intake and exhaust.
