I am owner of X5MC. I already have 2900kms. But thing described below happends since I took over it from bmw.
If I drive on worse surface I sometimes feel some knocking/rattling which seems to be under the armrest. It "knocks" to my elbow sometimes.

Yes happen to me, also if you go over street hump you will feel the same thing

I am a bit afraid to give it to service for experiments  So if somebody has more solvent and professional services around, give me infos pls.
Btw friend of mine who does in acoustics for other brand of cars told me it might be exhaust fastening. Hard to say if its normal or false.

They replaced the stabilizer bar only
