According to the SA the vehicle was custom ordered but the lady who purchased it never thought the video tech matched what she remembered when she sat in on in the showroom. The dealer replaced it multiple times and finally BMW corporate bought it back. Per the SA the service techs never could find anything wrong with it. So either she was crazy or there was a problem with the tech. I haven't noticed any issues
