Not all dealers or SA's are knowledgeable on the Individual program for BMW.
Auricom - "Your SA will need to reach out to BMWNA ordering (previous process) or factory ordering to submit documentation and details required for your special paint order. There's a lead time of around 11 weeks and $5K for paint. You'll need to confirm your spec and I'm sure your dealer will require some time of commitment. Once ordered your are locked in - so make sure sure that the paint you're requesting is the one."
GlennC - "I ordered an Individual X5 40i two weeks ago (Daytona Violet) for my wife. The dealer had to adjust the build on their end for the individual order. The dealer required me to put down a $5,000 non-refundable deposit on the order."
