Well, heated/cooled cup holders were always optional, so if you didn't order this option or it was not available for ordering, you wouldn't have it.
It's weird that there is no front passenger seat memory because as per the standard features for M60i from bmwusa.com, you should have "Power Multi-contour front seats including power adjustment functions for shoulder support and thigh support, 2-way manual lateral adjustment for comfort headrest, and seat position memory system for driver and front passenger". However, the US online configurator shows the front passenger seat memory buttons in the interior 360 preview only if the front massaging seats option is added. I wonder if this option became a prerequisite for front passenger seat memory feature or it’s just an online configurator bug? Was there any indication that front passenger seat memory feature was deleted from you build?
Did you get those headrest pillows separately?
