Caramelized onions
Fresh mozz
Béchamel sauce seasoned with fresh nutmeg, parmesan, salt and pepper
Served with arugula salad dressed with EVOO, balsamic glaze and S&P.
Vegetarian and almost GF (small amount of flour in the roux)
