That screenshot is from a 2020 F90 M5 Competition, the first F90 M5 with the upgraded digital dash and I believe the first M-car that uses this gauge layout with the new BMW digital cluster. I suspect the X3M/X4M Competition LCI and then the G80/G82 M3/M4 will be the next M-cars to use this digital dash layout too when they come out.
The M-cars (including my F80 M3, which I am familiar with) have separate buttons for each component, just as indicated on the cluster. But they have mostly the same settings (like Sport and Sport Plus for the engine and suspension for example). Not exactly sure if the non-M cars (like the X5 & X7) can be mapped to this cluster yet, but I hoping with a little time it can be figured out, especially when more of the new M-cars are on the road.
