With this type of response from BMW Canada I now have a far different perception of the brand. It's too bad because I truly love their products and currently in possession of three of them and for the past several years.
Next new vehicle is in 1.5 years. I foresee a brand change.

Pathetic attitude from BMW Canada. I've said it many times before, but the only reason I am in another bimmer is because of my rockstar service guy at my dealership. I've told his bosses directly that if he goes anywhere else, I will follow him, period, zero hesitation.
