I think you are right based on my conversation today. Apparently there were 2 campaigns and I think they said a mandatory update. I "think" that's what he said. I'll have an idea on Friday and will report back. |
Let me know if you don't get what you need. I am happy to tell them I won't take delivery until they demonstrate with me and others that they are willing to do the right thing and update software as part of good customer service. It laughable that they try these tricks; install takes the tech 10m of their direct time and 2 hours in the machine.
