I recently received my matte M3 badge from EAS. I had a problem with it and first PMed Brandon only to be ignored and not get an answer.
I then got in contact with Tom and he is byfar the best person i've ever done business with. His customer service is beyond anything i've ever seen. So don't think twice about dealing with him.
