Haas was the only team that really made a truly bad timing error. A lot of teams made the choice not to go out for strategic reasons. For example Ferrari, who sat their drivers for remainder of final session. They used 2 sets of supersofts in session 2, then a fourth set in beginning of final 8. They chose to sit Seb/Kimi and save a set of tires for the race. Now that these regulations require everyone to go out on supersofts from the beginning of each session, these results continue.
