So basically to do a safe square setup I would have to not just do 4 x 275 tires but will have to buy 2 extra front wheel rims to mount on the rear and then shop for 4 x 275 tires which are A/S RF.

You can run 275s on 9.5 front and 10.5 rear wheels, it's not ideal but it'll work - 275s will fit on the 10.5. You just won't be able to rotate the tires without remounting and balancing. You can find staggered all seasons for your vehicle - which would be my recommendation.
It's up to each owner to asses how much investment they want to put into managing their tires beyond OEM.
