Go for the 22's. Ride is excellent. Love the 747M wheels & they are only available on the M50i so you won't see them on any other X5. And as 130feetdeep said, you don't gain anything with the 21's as they are RFT.
The 20's will give the best ride, especially if you live in a pot holed state,
but just look way too small on a M50i IMO.
