No, only comes with a level 1 charger for 110v regular outlet. You'll want to get a level 2 if you want to be able to fully charge overnight. Since our 45e's only charge at 3.7kWh max, a 16a level 2 charger is all you really need and is fairly inexpensive (higher amp level 2 chargers will work of course, but won't charge the 45e any faster).
