I agree. They started charging extra $1K for Icon Adaptive full LED headlights and DRLs with the new 5 and hasn't stopped since.
5er - standard angel halo DRL
X3 - standard angel halo DRL
X5 - half halo DRL (WTF)
X7 - Icon DRL standard
