Long story short, ordered a plenum from Eric..UPS damaged it in transit
..and they quickly resolved it by sending me a new one(which I received 9 days later ..to Canada that's quick!) while they dealt with UPS for the claim. There was no delay in communications at any time. If you're considering dealing with them, don't hestitate
