You should have them activated by default if your UK spec X5 came fitted with Driver Assist Professional (5AU) as an option. Make sure you have this as it is a prerequisite for what you are looking for.However it may not be showing these features if it is pre July 2019 build.
only person I know that has had this type of coding done remotely is @Baron G15 (see page 9 of this thread)
