This is the inherent problem with your air suspension. To make it stiffer you need more air which raises the. Try the +10mm option and see that it is stiffer.

To solve this you would have drop the car and put more air in the bags, all while making sure everything operates normally.

This might not be possible.
Came back from the main dealer today and all they confirmed was the ride heights were slightly out so they corrected.

No feedback offered on whether the dampers can be stiffened but have promised they've asked Germany the question.

Technician admitted it's floaty - even in sport - and agreed the handling isn't what you'd expect on a top of the range m-sport model.

I'll speak again with the suspension specialists who think they can lower the car - and with a reduced centre of gravity maybe it'll improve.

Ideally I'd love to see the car run at the lowest setting as it looks mean as but don't think anyone's cracked coding on how yet.

Guess BMW quickly need to develop roll stabilisation like the Audi sq8 and 7 have on their Vorsprung model air suspension - the g05 it's simply a comfy cruiser until then and whilst quick in a straight line - cornering quick simply isn't possible with confidence or without feeling you're on a fairground ride.

Highly disappointing.
