Most of 45e owners in Belgium lease their car with the highest possible rest value. Mine is 33% at 4 years. If I manage to sell it for more I can but I doubt it.

Generally the car lose 30-40% of value by driving out the garage. And 10% a year after that. For big cars with polluting engines it is even worse because they are more difficult to sell.

If you check AutoScout24 value after 5y of a x5 is not 50%. It might be better in Eastern Europe like you mention.

A 50d or 50i will be really difficult to sell in 4 - 5 years. In Western Europe anyway. And like you mention a 45e maybe even worse.
