BMW might not be able to start production immediately after the shelter-in-place order is lifted.

They probably have to do a bunch of things before they can start producing cars: additional worker training and moving work stations around on the production line for safe distancing, make sure that their suppliers can supply them with the necessary components (no point building cars when you don't have engines or seats to install), and making sure that their dealer network can take delivery of newly produced cars.
