Main disappointment is dealer has no information about features, or bug fixes in any software release. Absolutely terrible customer handling by BMW.

Did you get the Drive Recorder through ConnectedDrive Store or through the dealer?
I tried to purchase it through the store but it says not available for my car (03/19 build and 07/2019 firmware)
