Farming solo is pretty much the only way to effectively farm, unless you've got equal-ish MF/GF. Otherwise you're sacrificing MF to averages.
There's been a lot of silence lately, hopefully something will change to fix that, but until then, it's pretty repetitive. A lot of people I played with have put it up for a bit until patches/PvP.
