I purchased a new 2021 X5 xdrive4.0 yesterday. The FM/AM and Aux/Bluetooth work through the speakers but the darn XM stations would not play sound.. the XM channels all display, and the "synthesizer" would display music as playing.
The sales guy said that maybe it was "just updating". Well I get it home and it still doesn't work .
Any ideas, thoughts as why all of the Audio/Bluetooth work, but the XM does not put out sound through the speakers??? Again, XM is active and the channel list is all there.
