Happened to me last night, except the Lock/Unlock feature. I deleted the app and downloaded it again and it seemed to work.
Also, back when I had the same issue in the summer...I signed out of ConnectedDrive app and deleted it, then went into the car with the phone disconnected and all. Once in, power on the electronics, go to the Apps Page. Hit the OPTION button behind the iDrive knob and hit Update Apps and Services.
Let that finish then download the app and sign back in. That was the only way I was able to fix the issue. Hope it still works!
