RE your Escort
My very old Escort came with an adapter sleeve for european cars that worked. It looked like the image below.

RE NJ and Radar
I contact Radenso and Rin quickly responded. Here are my questions and their answers.

My Questions:
My old V1 doesn't work in my new BMW G05, always beeps - maybe gesture controls. I'm tired waiting for the new V1 and am looking at the Pro M and R7. So here are my questions:

1- Will the Pro M have the same issues with the gesture control? If so can I return it?
2- I've read at Vortex and Radar blogs that the Pro M may not be the best RD for NJ is that correct?
3- If I purchase a Pro M I'd like to remote it like my old V1. Will you be selling a Direct wire kit with a mute button & LEDs? I couldn't find one on your site.
4- Last question. I saw your video from SEMA, will you be developing a new RD with arrows & Rear detection that I should wait for?
Their answers:
Thank you for contacting Radenso! We have had a few users use their Radenso Pro M in their BMWs with gesture controls and do not have an issue with it. I will answer your questions in the order you asked them in:

1. It should not have any issues with gesture controls and yes, you can return it within 30 days if purchased from us. Amazon has the same return policy, but Crutchfield I believe has a 60-day return policy if you wanted to try it out a bit longer. Pricing is the same across all sites.
2. Customers in New Jersey seem to like the detector a lot out there. Especially if they travel to New York City a lot because they can enable MultaRadar detection.
3. We only have a direct wire kit for the Pro M. Since the power port is only for power, mute/LEDs is not possible without doing modifications to the board and case it self.
4. We are working on a new detector that will have full front and rear detection and arrows. We are expecting to release it around Spring time.
