Thank you all for the support!! Here's the latest update:

Yesterday I finally got a loaner, '24 X6, nice enough to stop complaining for a few days.. haha.

The broker AND the sales associate called me to offer me one of the 50e's they have in stock, pending what BMWNA will determine who knows when. I don't know what this means, but it is a good sign.

So it seems that the issue escalated all the way up to BMWNA already and they are analyzing the options; the case manager hasn't contacted me yet. Also the sales manager of the dealer is now involved. I guess they don't want me to buy a Tesla.

In regards to the lemon law, it looks like because the car will be in the shop for more than 30 days, I have a case, but BMWNA will probably do right by me and fix this. I'll let you all know any new info on the case!
