Others have reported that they stuck someone in the trunk and took the car out for a drive in Sport Plus (which at certain throttle application should open the flap), then had the person pull the fuse.
The other option is to use the ODB-II adapter and app to open the flap, then pull the fuse. There are several threads on this elsewhere in the forum.
