DIY Software Update? Service Department is Clueless!
Car is in for some service right now. I figured while it was in I would request that they update the software.
Guy who I am dealing with in service seems to have NO idea that BMW's can even have their software updated. Is there something I am missing?
Should I be asking for something more particular? Is it possible to do this myself?
